Electronics
We provide a variety of products for the electronics/electrical industry, including linear actuators, SCARA robots, articulated robots, and mobile robots. We also provide control functions to accurately track the speed of the conveyor belt to support building an efficient automation system.
Semiconductor
We manufacture and supply a diverse lineup of wafer transfer robots, including EFEM for semiconductor equipment for smooth transportation of wafers in the semiconductor process. We also provide various semiconductor wafer transporting and loading/unloading modules on a unit basis and produce personalized products tailored to customer needs.
Display
We supply horizontally articulated robots used for transporting and loading glass, which is the core of the display manufacturing process. We also provide our own controller that can control all related products, including AMR, which can be used for transporting between LCD (LED) processes, creating an efficient work environment.
Battery
With mobile robots, you can build an unmanned transport system for products and materials and efficiently manage logistics in the factory.
