  • Control Development

    Control Development

    Divided into hardware (H/W) and software (S/W) development. H/W development conducts research involved with electrical measurement design, electronic circuit design, servo drive development, etc. S/W development performs the development of all software, including firmware, middleware, and applications for robot operations, and algorithm research for robot control.

  • Mechanical Design

    Mechanical Design

    Research/develop advanced robots such as articulated robots, TR/WTR, etc. Gain technological capabilities to improve the quality by securing flagship models through modular and standardized design, performing various improvement activities, including performance testing and analysis. Reducing the cost of materials by standardizing parts and securing diverse suppliers.

  • ROBOT Design

    ROBOT Design

    Design industrial robots upon customer requests as a primary task. Also responsible for processing customer claims.

  • SE Design

    SE Design

    Specialized in designing various industrial equipment. Design a wide range of equipment that handles ultra-small components like HDDs, camera modules, and semiconductor wafers, as well as large components like OLEDs and displays. Also design industrial AGVs and AMRs used in factories.

  • Production Operations

    Production Operations

    Responsible for the overall management of the production process and productivity improvement. Perform various tasks, including production performance analysis, inventory management/release, and innovative activities to improve productivity and optimize production processes.

  • Manufacture

    Manufacture

    Divided into robotics and SE groups. The robotics group mainly produces industrial robots, while the SE group focuses on producing SE equipment, including TR, EFEM, AGV, etc. Responsible for production as well as any activities involved with productivity and quality improvement. By specifically managing and improving processes, expands production capacity and establishes systems to prevent redundance.

  • Customer Support

    Customer Support

    Ensure the products sold to customers are working properly and free of defects. Dispatched to customers to perform test runs ensuring that the product is running properly and provide after-sale services to repair defects. Also collect defect data and share them with other departments to improve quality.

  • Quality Assurance

    Quality Assurance

    Minimize defective parts to ensure a smooth manufacturing process and secure product quality that satisfies customers. Thoroughly analyze the cause of defects and establish a recurrence prevention system. Also establish a performance evaluation system tailored to each robot and contribute to securing product reliability by citing international standards.

  • Sales

    Sales

    Divided into robotics and SE groups. To generate profits, the robot sales group mainly sells manufacturing robots, and the SE sales group sells SE equipment, including semiconductor equipment, process equipment, etc. The groups also perform sales strategy development, market trend identification, and new customer/item discovery to further maximize revenue.

  • Management Planning

    Management Planning

    Present the direction that the company should take by establishing management vision and mid to long-term management strategies to increase future value. To this end, carry out various tasks, including current market analysis, new business discovery, annual business plan and management performance announcements, etc.

  • Accounting & Finance

    Accounting & Finance

    Process all receivables, cash, liabilities, etc., generated from business activities for accounting and tax purposes. Deliver and manage financial resources accurately and promptly for efficient management activities and control financial performance and risk arising from such processes. Provide financial information on time to those who use the company’s financial information externally.

  • Purchase

    Purchase

    Responsible for purchasing parts and raw materials needed for production. Secure cost competitiveness through price negotiation during purchasing and create financial gains by establishing an efficient purchasing process. Select optimal companies for continued trading and support proper production operations through optimized inventory management.

  • HR

    HR

    Establish and manage an efficient human resource management system, including hiring, training, evaluation, and compensation, to help the company achieve maximum performance and enable employees to perform their best in their jobs. Create a unique organizational culture for employees to communicate freely and work efficiently.

  • Safety/Support

    Safety/Support

    Responsible for the company’s overall support activities, including maintenance, safety/health management, and IT security of the company building. Specifically, efficiently utilize work space to create a comfortable and stable work environment. Perform safety procedures for accident prevention and epidemic control. Also, protect information assets and operate IT equipment.
